Default Vitamin B6 Injections and hydration

Sammi was diagnosed with Stage 5 Lymphoma the end of March 2008 and we were told he was not expected to make it more than a few months. November of 2008 and he is still going strong!

We have been really diligent about keeping Sammi hydrated with sub-cutaneous fluids when needed. Through this we discovered that vitamin B-6 injections a couple of times a week changed Sammi from a tired old dog, to a dog with much more energy and pep! We swear by these injections...they are not painful and very easy to do! I highly recommend talking to your vet about these!

Hi Sammi and Mum!

How does the B6 work and what does it do? Mabel (my JRT) has just started chemo for lymphoma and i'm wondering about how I can support her further without interfering with the chemo.

Is your Sammi on chemo with the B6?

Thanks for any clarification you might be able to give.

Best wishes, Clifford & Mabel.
