Dear Friend,
I know how difficult this time is for you. You have to make the decision for your beloved Golden and if it will help I can tell you about Benny's final day. He was eating really well and enjoyed a breakfast with venison which was one of his favourites. Then he enjoyed a marrow bone, hid it several places in the yard and chased a couple of squirrels. we had made an appointment with the vet and were hopeful that we would be bringing Benny back home with us for a few more moments, days, weeks??? Benny put his head out the window as always, met and greeted the staff AS ALWAYS but the largest tumour on his little side had grown significantly and was opening and bleeding. The vet said there would only be MORE OF THE SAME and there would be pain. At that moment Benny still had his dignity and he DID NOT KNOW what was about to happen. Of course, our hearts were in our throats, our tears overflowed and wet Benny's soft grey fur and he put his ears back as he always did if he sensed sadness in us. We talked to him and told him what a difference he had made in our lives. We patted him and kissed him and stoked his white paws and he had a couple of biscuits and then the needle was inserted into the catheter on his paw and it was over. He went peacefully from our lives. I closed his eyelids and we sat with him for several more moments pretending that he was just sleeping. But it was an ETERNAL SLEEP. The decision you must make one day is the most difficult one ever! I DO UNDERSTAND! My tears are falling for you and as I remember that terrible day in April. It was a beautiful sunny, cool Spring day, the kind Benny so enjoyed. God Bless You. Prayers, Joanne |

Hi;
Sorry to hear. I have had great success with my Molly by getting intouch with Robert McDowell Herbs in Austrailia. In Jan./08 the vet only gave Molly 2 weeks to live.I got in touch with these people and they have been doing a great job. Molly isn't out of the woods yet,but she is doing well and better than I ever thought. Just type in robert mcdowell herbs and it should bring you to his web page. Molly has a good quality of life now, and I can't thank Robert McDowell enough. she has a nasal tumor and it is actually shrinking. Brian Riddle |

Hi Brian,
So glad to hear that Molly is doing well. She is in my prayers. Sometimes one gets a "miracle" and I hope Molly continues to show improvement. We need good stories around here. Blessings, Joanne |

Hi Joanne;
Molly is doing well,but the tumor is still quite large in her mouth. I was wondering if other people have had real luck with K-9 Immunity. She is doing well, but I'm trying to get the tumor smaller. She has a hard time eating at times, and I really just want some input on the product, and if you can break the capsules open to put on her food? Molly always finds any pill I'm trying to give her. Thanks to anyone who could answer this Brian |

Hi everyone, I am new here..This is what I did for my little dog with mast cell tumor in her leg.
She had it removed nearly 3 years ago, it was 2° grade. Last july it came back, her leg got swollen in a night and the vet gave her medrol vet (4 mg a day). In a week the leg came almost back to normal. After that the vet suggest me to cut whole leg + chemio...So I did not accepted his suggestion..To do not make it long..I started to give her 4/5 times a day MMS(chlorine dioxide)+colloidal silver+indian herb+aloe formula Zago+ vitamin and started to cook for her with fresh organic vegetables and organic chicken. I changed her life as well, taking her 3/4 times a day on the beach...After 3 months(11/2/09) the tumor was reduced of 60% . Last week she had ultrascan done and the vet said: This is like the same the last we did on last November. The dog for now is ok and are nine months since...Now I have ordered Transfer Factor Plus Tri-Factor which suppost to be 3 times better then the normal one and lutimax ....This is my true experience...Love you all Last edited by chiodino; 02-15-2010 at 08:46 AM. |

But I am still scared of, and I always surf on internet to know the experiences of the others...I do not know how it will get in the future but I really hope to stop at least the cancer..She is 15 so I would be happy she can live some 3/4 years more as she look very young.. Love you all from Italy |

Dear Friend,
I read your post yesterday and asked my dear friend who helped us throughout Benny's "cancer fight" for her suggestions on the amount of garlic to give your dog who is 12 kg. This is what she said: A dog that weighs only 12 kg, should be getting VERY little garlic, and if this were my dog, I would be cooking garlic in with his/her food, for example, 1/2 garlic clove for a full day of food, but I would begin with 1/4 clove, either minced or finely grated! I would not be using powder, unless it was certified organic, pharmaceutical grade, and I would not be using Kyolic garlic, unless I knew all the facts about the cancer this dog has, what the dog is eating, what supplements are being given, etc. However, I do believe strongly, that all dogs with cancer, should have Turmeric added to their food. Hope this helps. If you wish to give me your e-mail address I could send you the COMPLETE CANCER CUISINE which contains too much information to post here. I tried, but it would not go through. Hope this helps. Good Luck! Blessings, Joanne Last edited by Benpaws; 02-15-2010 at 09:49 AM. |
