Does anyone have experience with injectable Neoplasene as a tumor treatment? Our 5 year old lab has an oral fibrosarcoma that has recurred just five months after surgery and aggressive radiation treatments. A holistic dr. recommended Neoplasene but we are hesitant because of the placement of the tumor (in her mouth) and the experimental nature of the treatment. The oncology docs are concerned she may be left with an open wound that will not heal and infection is possible because of the previous trauma to the tissue in that area. Thanks for any advice.

My 9 year old lab/chow mix has a tumor on the roof of his mouth that keeps returning. We have doen surgery, radiation and oral chemo but now that it's back again we are looking at neoplasene. What was your experience?

Both of you might want to contact a member here whose dog Molly had "oral cancer" and passed away after several months and great assistance from an holistic vet.
Molly was given only weeks to live, but proved everyone wrong and did very well for a much longer time. The member is Brian Riddle and can be contacted at: brianriddle803@gmail.com Hopefully Brian will be able to offer some advice. My Benny had Mast Cell Tumour Cancer so I cannot offer any advice other than what Meesh has already suggested with diet and supplements etc. Blessings, Joanne & Shadow |
