Thanks so much for your kind message. I just feel I have said all that I can and posted as much as I could re: what worked for us with Benny. I need to spend quality time with the dog who now gives the same unconditional love to me....Shadow.
Hugs to Stetson and I am SO HAPPY you have had success. He is such an awesome little boy!
May 2012 bring more joy to you.
    Thank you again.

Who knows, maybe some day I will post again. For now, I need some time away.

    Hugs,
    Joanne

    Dear Friend,
I am so glad that Stetson is showing improvement and in remission. That is just great news. Wish I had known about this treatment for Benny.
I will not be posting much anymore. I have been on for over 3 years and find the stories depressing. Time to move on. Best for new members to post and share.
Much happiness and good health to you and Stetson in 2012. Hugs to the little guy!

That is such a cute story of Stetson sharing his chew bones. I hope you have a wonderful Christmas too. Hugs to Stetson from me and Shadow.Hope Santa is good to him.
We had an awesome Christmas with our eldest son and our youngest son and his wife and our precious one year old grandson Luke. God is good.
When Luke comes over Shadow is thrilled to have 'another kid' to play with. LOL!
It all goes so fast. Take care.
I hope 2012 will bring good things to you and Stetson.
    Hugs,
    Joanne

Where do you live? We are Southern Ontario, half an hour from Toronto, an hour from Niagara Falls. We had a little wet snow yesterday but it didn't stay around long. Shadow is so different from Benny. Three squirrels were outside the family room patio doors on the deck and Shadow sat watching them jump to the bird feeders and chase each other around as if he was watching a movie. One came right up to the door on the other side and they sat looking at each other for a good 10 minutes. Benny would have gone crazy. Hugs to Stetson. He is so cute!

Benny thanks Stetson for chasing that squirrel. That was something which occupied a great part of each day for Benny. He was such a unique puppy. Yes, this is a sad forum, but people need comfort and support. Thank you for all that you provide. If you want to find out more information on MCT, try contacting my friend Suzi who helped us with Benny. She is truly amazing. You can email her at suzib@smilingblueskies.com. You can let her know I gave you her name. She has recently been honoured for her 10 years of work with the Ontario Vet. College for prevention of all types of cancers in dogs. She lost her beloved Golden Retriever "Blues" to lymphoma in 2001 at age 6 and started her fund in Blues honour! The Smiling Blue Skies Cancer Fund - smilingblueskies.com

Hugs to Stetson and take care of yourself,
    Joanne
