Sorry to hear about Lucky Charm. We will keep our fingers crossed for him. Rocky has been busy this week chasing chipmunks and since he had lost so much weight he has been gorgong on Beneful and poched chicken. The Prednisone makes him busy and excited and he just wants to run outside, regardless of the weather. We are taking him to his holistic vet on Monday and the oncologist on Tuesday and even though the nodes in his leg are slightly down, the ones in his neck seem to be really small. We have some extra tabs for his stomach, one for the diarrhea that seems to come and go and Pepsid. He seems a lot better but obviously are worried that it will be short-lived. Lots of love and affection all the time.
Take care, and I will be back in touch next week

rockytola,
I'm sorry to hear you have had such a difficult time with Rocky. He is a gorgeous dog! Things are not so good with Lucky Charm. I am really worried about him. When he went for his last chemotherapy treatment his lymph nodes were enlarged in his hind legs. He received his chemotherapy and he was put on Batryl for a skin infection and an ear infection. His lymphn nodes are normal size now. The doctors are not sure if the lymph nodes were enlarged because of the infections or if the cancer is back. They say the Vincristine may have caused the lymph nodes to go back to normal size. He doesnt take chemotherapy again until next week I dont know what to expect. He eats really well but he is drinking a lot of water and he is seems to get tired easily. I noticed the same things when he was first diagnosed with Lymphoma. I hope and pray everything is ok with Lucky Charm. I hope Rocky is ok I will say a prayer for him. Let me know how Rocky is doing.
Take care,
Shirley
