I just noticed you are from the UK and probably do not celebrate Memorial Day along side with the US...anyway..the 30th is approaching...and I will be thinking of you. I looked at your pictures last night and Cassie certainly was A Grand Old Lady...very beautiful girl indeed. Focca is a cutie!!

Dear Jeff,
I saw your post to kellie and welled up with tears. I told Joanne and Kellie,many of us have other dogs that we love with all our hearts,but there is always that one that we seem to develop a special bond with.I think also battling this horrific disease with them strengthens this bond further. I understand your sadness,and just as Memorial Day will never be the same for you, Mothers Day will never be the same for me. I will be thinking of you tomorrow.

I know people on this site really don't have to initiate the friends prompt. I you get to this site everyone is a friend. It is very difficult, I still cry and think all the time about Daisy. Although Pixie and Dusty fill the void I still miss my first baby...

Maybe Fokka and Shadow would like to hang out together on Friday nights and have a "brew or two." They do keep us laughing!!! Good thing!

Thanks for your comments Jeff. I know how much you miss Cassie your "grand old lady.!' I will always miss Benny too!!! Something about dealing with the "demon cancer" which keeps us loving them, for all their courage and dignity and strength throughout the journey.

Thanks for the comments Jeff on Shadow's pictures. We just got back from the park and he had a good run with a little Yorkie Gal who weighed in at 7 pounds.
Now he is ready to go again. He never gets tired!!
