Penny is our 10 year old golden retriever. She was diagnosed with bone cancer on her right leg a couple weeks ago. We went ahead and had her leg removed as she was in such pain but she is getting around great with the 3 remaining legs. Unbelievable. We decided not to do the chemo and are building up her immunity with vitamins, mushroom extract, vegetables, protein and no carbs. Just wondering if anyone has tried this diet.
We go back in a month to see if her lungs and chest are still free of the cancer. It has been a long month for us as our dogs are our children. OUr kids tell us they wish they were spoiled like we do the dogs & cats. thanks, Dawn |

Hi:
No carbs is good. You can also try K9 Immunity from Aloha Pharmaceuticals and flax seed and cottage cheese blended together for an afternoon snack (check out Budwig protocol). Lots of love, hugs and attention helps too, not just them but you too! Good luck. Keep us up to date with progress. John |

Welcome Friend,
Glad to hear that Penny is doing well on only 3 legs. Dogs are remarkable A friend of mine has adopted two dogs with 3 legs each and they can "outrun" the best. What John has advised is great. I agree with the love and extra hugs and lots of attention. Give a little extra to your children also! LOL! Keep us posted on Penny's progress. Blessings, Joanne & Shadow |
