My 13 year old yellow lab's cancer that was diagnosed a few months ago and was being treated with chemo came back with a vengence and we had to make the tough decision this morning to let him go....Our hearts are broken. We know it was the right thing for him and it was very peaceful but we will surely miss him every day.

So sorry to hear of your loss. By you message it was time to let him go to Rainbow bridge where he is no longer in distress or pain. I loss my black Lab Goober 2 months ago. Know that some days the heartache seems unbearable, we are here to help you through it. It does take time.
Try to remember the good times, Sonny had the best of care and was truly loved. Take Care Kerri |

Sorry to hear of your loss of Sonny. I know this is a difficult time as we all love our doggies very much but you did God's work by nurturing Sonny throughout his lifecycle. Stay strong and my prayers are with you and hopefully, someday soon you'll be able to nuture another one of God's creature again. It was the best therapy for me. Dennis

So sorry to hear of your loss and know that you did the "right thing" for your wonderful best friend.
You are in my prayers. Take time to grieve and know that others care deeply for what you are presently facing. Joanne (Benpaws) |
