Default Try this

I was using the K9 Immunity from Aloha Medicinals. My holistic vet said that RM 10 Immune System Food from Garden of Life was a less expensive substitute. My dog Madchen has been on it and we have just begun our third month of a much healthier lady.

Default Promise and K-9 Immunity

Hello all,
Promise was supplemented with K-9 Immunity the entire time she was on CHEMO, which was 7 months, 5 rounds of drugs. It's expensive! And, it worked for her. The supplement seemed to provide her with a pseudo-immunity system. Believe me, she hated the stuff, especially the BIG pills! I finally had to resort to a bull's eye pill shooter to administer all of the pills she had to take.
Once she went into remission, we stopped the supplement and kept her on a high protein ( minimally processed) diet, low grain. She has a fondness for beef heart lightly sauteed on the stove.
Spoiled? YOU BET! I treasure EVERY day I have with her. When she was staged for her lymphoma, the vet gave her 60 days. So far, the chemo has given her almost two years +, but you never know. The CHEMO treatments were over $12K.

Cande,
That is awesome news about Promise and I hope you have many many more years with her. My dog Bing has Gastric Lymphoblastic Lymphoma. She was symptomatic in October but was not diagnosed until January (long sordid story)....We are not doing chemo but holistic treatments...when I read the info on gastric lymphoma most say 4-6weeks untreated...if you go back to when she was symptomatic in october its been 4 months. she is also on k9 immunity among other supplements......She also has a determination that astounds me....I never stop believing in miracles and continue to treasure every moment.......Your story is encouraging.....Blessings to you and Promise
