My Dear Friend,

As we struggle with the "cancer journey" or deal with the loss of our dogs to that terrible disease, I stopped to think of you today and although you lost Missy to cancer, your precious dog Jack just left one day and never came back and that is "beyond sad" as well. You must feel very lonely and have no closure on what happened to this beautiful companion.

I continue to say my prayers, but there are no words to take away the sorrow in your heart.

I just wanted you to know that I have not forgotten that Jack is gone, forever in your heart and the memory of him etched on your very soul.
