Wink Vinny

What beautiful dogs! Thanks for sharing. It is so nice to have a picture of the precious pet whom you have been talking about.
Reno will certainly miss Vinny as you do and give lots of attention and love. Years ago when we lost Wolfgang, we still had his brother Willie who grieved for quite some time. It is very sad and very understandable.
My prayers go out to you. Take one day at a time and feel better.

Blessings,
Joanne & Puppy Shadow

Default Love lives on

I am so very sorry to hear of Vinny's passing. I know how hopeful you were when the tumor in his chest went away.

We give so much love to our friends and they respond with a love that we cannot measure. I am sure that he waits eagerly for you on the other side of the Rainbow bridge and wants you to know how much he appreciated your love and devotion to his well being.

Be at peace.
Jackie

The last step is done. We picked up Vinny's ashes. I was very upset at the thought of picking him up and put it off for a day. Funny thing is, after we picked up his ashes at the vet, I felt a sense of peace that I had not expected. Vinny is home now, where he belongs.

You are right, once you have the ashes at home with you it helps to ease the pain. We light a candle every night for our little Rocky who we lost in August! Say goodnight to the ashes every night and know they are in a better place and free from pain.

Default Vinny

Im so glad Vinny is now home, Its funny, i think we all felt that dread of going back to the vets, I thought id burst with tears and run out but then when she said have you come to collect Billy ashes, i dont know where the strenght came from, the first thing i said was, come on lets go home. Like you said a sence of peace comes over you.

Billys at the side of my bed, hes the first thing i see when i wake and the last thing i see before i go to bed and i talk to him all the time.

Thing of you.
Alyson.
