Default Anti-inflamatories

Daisy was diagnosed with Lymphoma very agressive and she showed no signs until late stages. I opted for Chemo which I totally recommend. I was afraid at first she would have sypmtoms as a human but she tolerated it well and was only tired the day after the dose. I saw great improvements in 7 days and if other complications did come up probably the second dose would have been even better. While she was on CCNU first dose her oncologist prescribed an anti-inflamatory Azian which she was ok on. I have had her on prednisone before and it did not agree with her. She panted alot and was very edgey. So I did not want to put her on prednisone again so I went with Azian. One thing you definitely have to do is give a 2.5mg of pepcid with any of these anti's to help prevent any stomach ulcers. I used to give her gas-x chewable but the pepcid worked so much better and her appetitie from the anit-inflamatories really helped keep her weight on. All her life she only really ate din and that was when she felt like it. she always maintained her weight at 16 to 16.5 lbs. with the anti's she ate breakfast lunch and din. so with that being on the anit's did help in more ways then one. she still panted and was edgey but in the long run I believe if she wasn't she would not had the appetite to maintain her weight. So definitely think abt the pepcid I am true beliver in it. Her Chemo was 1 time every 3 weeks with bloodwork 10 days after the dose. Her first bloodwork results came back slightly anemic and whites were down but not critical. She did not make it to the 2nd dose but I did Chemo and would def do it again...
