Upset stomach?

I have been giving Nina flaxseed oil, K9 Inmunity+ k9 Transfer factor, fish oil capsules, Q10 coenzyme and started yesterday on Previcox.
Her stomach seemed a bit upset and her stools were not very good.
Does anybody know if any of the products I am giving her might be harmful for her stomach? Am I giving her too many supplements?
I will do anything to keep her healthy as long as possible!
