I have a 12 yr old German Shepherd who was diagnosed with cancer last month. It is a spindle cell sarcoma. He is undergoing chemo this week. I pray it will work. It has spread to his lungs and it is an aggressive cancer. I was not sure Chemo was the right thing, but we are on day 3 and he seems fine. This is his first time getting it. I am not sure it will even work, or if I want to subject him to more. I am so confused and overwhelmed. I was whisked into a vet oncologist and here I am and it still has not sunk it. I need good websites to research what I am dealing with. Can anyone tell me of any?
