Dante is home
Dante's ashes were delivered to our home today. I held it together at work all day and after I got home, the man brought me his ashes in a heart shaped urn that says "Always in our Hearts". He is on the mantle with a picture of him I took last week, surrounded by his toys on his favorite blanket.
I am hoping for peace and some closure, a new beginning, instead of all this raw pain.
I am glad to have him home where he belongs.
